Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes
Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making
Contribute to engineering strategies within key organizational fields
Align capacity demand with budget and investment projects
Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions
Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and business support functions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least 2 years of experience
Strong professional experience in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline
Solid technical understanding of production systems, productivity improvement, and engineering processes
Good command of English
Analytical, structured, and collaborative working style
