About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply standard and methodological competence with decision-making authority in the area of responsibility
  • Analyze and evaluate business transactions in supported areas
  • Review processes and interfaces with HR, sales, purchasing, and other departments to support cross-functional harmonization
  • Review, analyze, design, and harmonize business processes across finance functions
  • Prepare and conduct process reviews and workshops online or offline
  • Track and implement workshop findings and tasks independently
  • Participate in global rollout of processes and systems in the region as part of projects
  • Conceptualize and document process standards
  • Create user training materials
  • Ensure continuous knowledge transfer and professional documentation of process and project-related changes
  • Adhere to standards and methods while considering interfaces to adjacent SAP modules
  • Define new integrative ERP processes in collaboration with adjacent departments while adhering to FI/CO standards and methods
  • Prioritize financial requirements for IT solutions in alignment with Global FPD
  • Support or lead special projects, including PMO, project controlling, testing definition and coordination, and delivery of cross-functional work packages
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by management due to operational necessity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree with a focus on external accounting, treasury, taxes, and/or business informatics or a similar skill set
  • Lengthy professional experience in various functions related to the area of responsibility
  • Profound SAP expertise
  • 5–10 years of professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of processes in the operational finance area
  • Professional experience in the financial sector combined with knowledge of processes and procedures is an advantage
  • Structured working methods and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Assertiveness and persuasiveness
  • Experience with SAP R3 FI/CO/MM/SD modules is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Several years of project experience is advantageous
  • High degree of professionalism and self-leadership
  • Superior time organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and assertiveness
  • Solution-oriented work
