About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage operations in the SSC Finance for AP based on targets aligned with CFOs, Head of Finance AP SSC, and local Finance teams
  • Lead and execute migration projects of AP countries’ accounting processes to AP Finance SSC
  • Ensure finance, reporting, and controlling matters are handled appropriately and within required timeframes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls are in place
  • Continuously improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop SSC Finance team members
  • Facilitate the mid-term development and career path of team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • At least 8 years experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally SSC environment
  • 2–3 years people management experience
  • Windows, Microsoft applications and SAP knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
