About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all test phase activities during the development lifecycle
- Create test plans, execute tests, document results and conduct compliance reviews
- Create and execute manual test scripts
- Perform and document functional and regression testing
- Record and track software deviations and manage defect handling and tracking
- Maintain existing manual test cases
- Coordinate regularly with all relevant departments
- Develop solution approaches for manual and integration test processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in manual testing (mandatory)
- Experience in testing Salesforce environment, including Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of JIRA, X-Ray and Confluence
- ISTQB Certificate Fundamentals (mandatory)
- SQL basics advantageous
- Very good knowledge of agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
- High quality and process competence
- Good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English
