About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and continuously improve automation of the entire asset life cycle for IT hardware, software, and enterprise assets
  • Collaborate with multiple divisions to develop and implement asset-tracking procedures and oversee quality control throughout asset lifecycles
  • Track and account for assets from procurement to disposal
  • Manage acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT and enterprise assets
  • Develop, document, and manage IT business processes for hardware, software, asset, and licensing management
  • Research, recommend, and assist with implementation of asset management tools and processes
  • Monitor, report, and coordinate maintenance of company assets with business owners
  • Perform hardware and software audits through data collection and analysis
  • Reconcile asset records and resolve database discrepancies
  • Assist with asset standards, service integration, and maturation of the IT asset management function
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure hardware and software asset compliance organization-wide
  • Maintain data integrity in software and hardware asset management systems
  • Maintain the standard service catalog in ServiceNow
  • Minimize organizational cost through product standardization and asset tracking
  • Evaluate process and program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including applicable BSA regulations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and support growth of the Enterprise Asset Management Program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required
  • 1-3 years of prior relevant experience required
  • ITAM (IT Asset Management) certification or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in data manipulation skills (e.g., MS SQL) and manipulating data (Excel, Access etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Strong working knowledge of IT asset management principles and concepts applicable to software, hardware, and inventory administration
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Coupa preferred
  • Ability to exhibit flexibility and adaptability while collaborating across multiple divisions
  • Excellent data gathering, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to produce reports and respond to requests from management
  • This organization participates in E-Verify
  • Ability to work the scheduled 40 hours per week
