About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain consensus, alignment, and focus on priorities and objectives across service delivery teams.
  • Deliver timely, thorough, consistent, clear, and effective communication to internal stakeholders, employees, providers, medical directors, and client representatives.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and influence over designated field operations personnel.
  • Build and lead a high-performance workplace culture supporting employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Ensure delivery of practice management services consistent with contractual obligations.
  • Establish and execute shared goals and strategic priorities with client service teams, Staffing Operations, Value-based Services, and Central Office departments.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key client representatives and industry leaders.
  • Oversee practice productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Direct and lead new-client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Physician leadership and department representatives on training, mentorship, and leadership development programs for practice Medical Directors.
  • Contribute to the effective operation of Recruiting, Scheduling, and Credentialing personnel, systems, and processes.
  • Achieve revenue, expense, and margin targets within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate significant issues, opportunities, threats, and initiatives across co-located SCP EM, HM, and ICU practices.
  • Ensure practices have the necessary resources, priorities, and action plans to influence client value perceptions.
  • Identify, lead, and deploy new eHealth solutions with ROI measurement.
  • Contribute to growth strategy development and sales target identification and pursuit.
  • Ensure appropriate use of Company technology resources and integrity of Group data.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor performance measures including gross margin, expenses, cost per RVU, client satisfaction, contract retention, provider coverage, receivables, medical records, patient satisfaction, and value-based services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong and effective leadership and management capabilities.
  • Highly efficient and organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently accountable, responsible, and responsive.
  • Able to set priorities and demonstrate sound judgment in handling complex situations.
  • Comfortable and effective in building highly trusted working relationships at all levels and with clinicians.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated success in leadership and management in the HealthCare delivery space and/or executive-level responsibility over the operation of multi-site, multi-specialty medical practices.
  • Previous clinical or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Prior extensive responsibility over a P&L in a patient care related business is preferred.
  • Travel expected for company and departmental meetings, training, events, and conferences, sometimes requiring overnight stays.
