Own projects from design through launch on established and new products
Work with PMs, designers, and engineers to decide what to build and how
Contribute to technical discussions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architecture
Uphold engineering practices including code review, test coverage, and observability
Build fast, accessible user interfaces and own frontend performance
Work with designers to turn early ideas into shipped products

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years building production software at scale
Product-minded and attentive to user problems
Comfortable with unclear problems and fast change
Deep JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework
Track record improving frontend performance and accessibility
AI/LLM product experience and startup experience are nice to have
Must be based in the San Francisco area or within commuting distance and able to commute to the office 3x per week
Must address current or future sponsorship needs to work in the United States
