Key responsibilities & impact

Own a product area end to end, from design through post-launch results
Own projects from design to launch on established and new products
Work with PMs, designers, and engineers to decide what to build and how
Contribute to technical discussions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architecture
Uphold engineering practices including code review, test coverage, and observability
Ship features end to end from database and API to UI
Build backend services across Python and Go and the frontend that uses them
Potentially work on Agents, Docs, Growth, Optimize, or Enterprise Scale teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years building production software at scale
Product-minded approach, caring about user problems as much as code
Comfortable with unclear problems and fast change
Strong Python experience, or deep experience in another backend language and willingness to work across Python and Go
Strong JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework
Nice to have: Django experience
Nice to have: AI/LLM product experience
Nice to have: startup experience
