Ship full-stack features end to end on new product surfaces, from design through production, and own their metrics
Build reliable Python backend services at 6-million-daily-active-user scale
Make product decisions with product management and design
Maintain existing systems and perform reliability work
Set technical direction, make architecture decisions, and sequence project work
Raise engineering standards through code review, design feedback, and technical expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience shipping full-stack features end to end, from problem definition through production
Strong backend coding skills in Python
Comfortable working across the whole stack
Product-minded approach to feature value, success metrics, and scope tradeoffs
Experience raising a team's technical level through architecture, code review, or mentoring
Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high technical bar
Experience with React or a similar modern frontend framework (nice to have)
Experience at a high-growth startup (nice to have)
Experience owning a feature area or product surface (nice to have)
