About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve Scribe’s core Autocapture experience
  • Drive company-level goals and track business metrics to validate or invalidate the roadmap
  • Develop and iterate product vision with input from customers, the revenue team, and the market
  • Build automated documentation capabilities using AI
  • Solve 0→1 problems involving work understanding, documentation identification, and knowledge creation for people and AI agents
  • Partner with Engineering and Design from ideation through launch
  • Engage with users through product vision presentations and Scribe Community Slack
  • Measure release impact and use data-powered insights to inform future product bets
  • Work with a team of 7 engineers, an Engineering Manager, and a design lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of building SaaS products
  • Track record of creating experiences that delight end users
  • Experience making complex technology feel simple, intuitive, and magical
  • Active experimentation with AI tools, models, and prototypes
  • Strong product judgment
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into action and make decisions with imperfect information
  • Experience owning company-level OKRs and driving measurable impact
  • Ability to balance big ideas with incremental delivery at high velocity
  • Strong product point of view and customer/market judgment
  • Ability to work autonomously and defend roadmap decisions with calculated trade-offs
