About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Address critical business questions using data to influence strategic decisions and build accurate financial models
Define, track, and report GTM KPIs through dashboards, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communications
Own sales performance reviews and present performance analysis to drive execution and accountability
Manage company performance against financial targets through budget-versus-actuals reviews
Analyze deal patterns and close-rate trends to identify resource allocation opportunities and potential gaps
Partner with cross-functional teams to action insights
Support GTM planning cycles, including ARR forecasting, headcount and capacity analysis, territory modeling, and quota modeling
Develop and maintain GTM reporting infrastructure using Sigma and Snowflake
Use AI to automate data pulls, draft commentary, and flag anomalies

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
Ability to build high-quality, accurate financial models
Working knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition
Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to leadership
Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, evolving environment
Excitement about AI tooling and experience using AI to write SQL queries, automate reporting, and draft commentary
Hands-on experience with Sigma and/or Snowflake is nice to have
Fluency using AI tools, particularly Claude, is nice to have
Background at a high-growth SaaS company is nice to have
