About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure a great eating experience for guests at restaurants, carts, kiosks, coffee shops, dessert stations, and other food and beverage locations throughout the park
Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
Provide information and recommendations on menu items
Support guests with dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests
Prepare food items including produce, desserts, snacks, and entrees
Take and fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
Maintain clean dining, kitchen, and back-of-house areas
Assist with product deliveries and stock inventory
Follow food safety and cash-handling procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 16 years old
Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale (cash register) systems
Ability to work with all food types, including food allergens, in any dining facility
Ability to train on and properly use food service equipment and required protective gear
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Successful completion of all required training, including ServSafe and Responsible Vendor Training
Previous food service, cash handling, POS, or theme park experience is preferred
