About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute Records-to-Report transactional activities flawlessly
- Perform month-end closing procedures and bookkeeping tasks
- Follow processing and reporting deadlines
- Reconcile G/L accounts
- Communicate with other SEB Group units and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team on continuous process improvements
- Follow Internal Controls of the Financial and Reporting framework
- Handle accounting for SEB Germany branch and subsidiary
- Work closely with multiple levels within Global Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 1 year of combined experience in accounting and finance
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachability, motivation, strong work ethic, and high degree of integrity
- Ability to multitask, effectively manage time, and prioritize responsibilities
- Degree in Finance area is an advantage
- Experience working with IFRS and local standards is an advantage
