Requirements

What you’ll need

A relevant university degree
A couple of years of demonstrated previous experience in the financial sector
Preferably experience connected to sustainable finance and security & defence themes
Strong communication and collaboration skills in Finnish and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure complex financial solutions and manage versatile ad-hoc assignments across product, transaction and advisory frontiers
Ability to coordinate effectively across various product areas and diverse teams
A proactive approach to enhancing business volume and client satisfaction
Final candidate must undergo a background check
