About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Talk to stakeholders, understand their needs, and turn insights into clear requirements
- Work closely with software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality
- Investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Think end-to-end about solutions by preparing and executing test scenarios to ensure everything works as expected
- Create and maintain documentation, including processes, procedures, and training materials
- Work in a highly autonomous team, owning scope, planning, and delivery
- Develop trading applications and solutions for receiving market data from various sources
- Support trading deal reporting and topics related to buying and selling securities, including shares, ETFs, bonds, and IPOs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business analysis, product development, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with investment products, gained in product development, back-office, or a similar area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage your workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Fluent in English and Latvian - both written and verbal
- A proactive, positive, can-do mindset
- Candidate must meet the requirements of Article 34.5 of the Credit Institutions Law
