About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications
Communicate and clarify solution requirements, functionality, and design decisions with business owners, project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders
Work through the complete IT delivery lifecycle, including estimation, solution design, development support, documentation, testing, deployment, release, and post-release verification
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data loading processes, data models, WebFOCUS reports, and reporting solutions
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements
Actively participate in Delivery Team sprints, collaborate with team members, and contribute to sprint goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to clarify and challenge requirements when needed
Analytical thinking with the ability to understand both detailed requirements and the bigger picture
Experience translating business needs into technical or data-related solutions
A proactive and responsible approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward
Solid SQL skills and the ability to work directly with data
Good understanding of data warehousing principles, data structures, schemas, and data modelling concepts
Hands-on experience in an IT development environment, with a clear understanding of how software and data solutions move from requirements to production
Good written and spoken English for collaboration across the Baltics
Experience with Sybase IQ and PostgreSQL
Experience with TIBCO WebFOCUS BI platform
Experience with Power BI, JIRA, Collibra, GIT, and Bitbucket
