About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Communicate and clarify solution requirements, functionality, and design decisions with business owners, project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders
- Work through the complete IT delivery lifecycle, including estimation, solution design, development support, documentation, testing, deployment, release, and post-release verification
- Contribute to development, maintenance, and enhancement of data loading processes, data models, WebFOCUS reports, and reporting solutions
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements
- Participate in Delivery Team sprints, collaborate with team members, and contribute to sprint goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence to clarify and challenge requirements when needed
- Analytical thinking and ability to understand detailed requirements and the bigger picture
- Experience translating business needs into technical or data-related solutions
- Proactive and responsible approach, with ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward
- Solid SQL skills and ability to work directly with data
- Good understanding of data warehousing principles, data structures, schemas, and data modelling concepts
- Hands-on experience in an IT development environment
- Understanding of how software and data solutions move from requirements to production
- Good written and spoken English for collaboration across the Baltics
