About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead credit risk analysis and decision-making on clients’ financial standing
  • Structure complex transactions with Industry & Corporate Analysis Unit experts
  • Prepare credit origination, pricing, and non-credit product and service documentation
  • Interact with management of largest corporate clients to understand business needs and collect analytical information
  • Collaborate with product, risk assessment, and support stakeholders, including international cooperation with other SEB sites
  • Maintain department KPIs, KRIs, trainings, and ad hoc processes
  • Participate in projects and initiatives affecting corporate customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional integrity
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Resilience and ability to maintain quality, objectivity, collaboration, constructive discussions, and difficult conversations in different circumstances
  • Fluent and structured communication in Lithuanian and English
  • Experience working in corporate finance or accounting/audit
  • University degree in an Economics-related field or alternative proof of subject knowledge
