About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive development and implementation of SEB’s account administration and interest rate services
Take ownership from design and development through production support and operational excellence
Onboard to and evolve the Interest Rate Service solution
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software in an agile team
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and ship new features
Build and evolve business-critical APIs and services using .NET
Design robust solutions and drive technical improvements
Work with PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core, OpenShift, GitHub Actions, and Angular
Participate in technical, architectural, and methodological investigations
Ensure performance, quality, responsiveness, code quality, organization, and automation
Own production stability, incident resolution, and operational excellence
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver customer value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior developer experience
Strong C#/.NET skills
Strong SQL skills
Strong experience with OpenShift
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with automated testing
Experience with deployment automation
Experience with DevOps practices
Experience operating and improving production systems
Ability to solve complex problems independently
Care for code quality, automation, maintainability, and reliability
Willingness to work in a small team
