About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions that drive business value
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand use cases and support solution design
- Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI applications with guidance from senior team members
- Support the evolution of the AI platform, tools and reusable assets
- Apply software engineering best practices including version control, testing, code quality and modular design
- Work with DevOps/MLOps teams to build reliable and maintainable AI pipelines
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, data privacy and ethical AI standards
- Participate in knowledge sharing and internal AI/ML capability building
- Stay informed about relevant AI innovation, tools and methods
- Collaborate with global colleagues in Sweden and India
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Solid knowledge of ML and AI techniques, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, deep learning and GenAI
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit-learn
- Experience with Lakehouse architectures, preferably Databricks
- Understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, testing and version control
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps principles for AI system development
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving approach
