About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow a pre-assigned book of business and prospect for new accounts
- Present Securitas Healthcare solutions, close business, and manage accounts after initial sale to ensure continued revenue growth
- Grow sales and establish, manage, and maintain relationships with named IDNs
- Communicate account information effectively to applicable internal and external parties
- Manage sales to assigned accounts through inbound/outbound calls, on-site meetings, and ongoing account maintenance
- Recommend target use cases based on earning potential and estimate the time and resources needed to obtain material sales
- Hold annual business reviews to gauge client satisfaction and align with future client goals
- Manage support and maintenance renewals to receive purchase orders on time
- Establish and maintain corporate-level relationships with assigned accounts
- Attend trade shows and network with potential national accounts
- Assure quality of responses regarding order processing, reporting, and other matters
- Work with company departments concerning government accounts and move orders through the company
- Collaborate with Client Executives and RBDs to create opportunities in named accounts
- Work with Authorized Service Providers to plan and manage deployments and ensure proper support
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed of account problems and important issues
- Develop action plans and obtain contracts and sales from targeted accounts
- Update and analyze current-account information and align client solutions with company solutions
- Develop strategic plans to promote account growth and execute them
- Mentor Client Executives and Account Managers on sales skills
- Engage in problem solving and make decisions and recommendations
- Travel to trade shows, client sites, and national account visits as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination education and work experience in these areas required
- 5-7 years of sales experience required; business to business
- 2 plus years of experience managing corporate sales accounts
- Sales experience in healthcare required
- Successful track record managing a growing account portfolio and sales territory
- Self-motivated, high energy, and able to manage multiple tasks with vision, detail, commitment, priority, and urgency
- Demonstrated selling and relationship-building capabilities
- Above-average oral and written communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to present products and information to key high-level people
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Physically capable of setting up and tearing down trade show booths and demo kits; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record required
- Ability to travel 50%-60% of the time
- Experience managing and partnering with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
- Background in building and scaling Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) pipelines and solutions
- Proven success working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and hospital systems, navigating complex healthcare procurement and stakeholder environments
