About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner strategically with business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Build an intimate understanding of supported business units' goals, challenges, and business drivers
  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives for client groups
  • Use people data and historical trends to anticipate issues and make data-driven recommendations on turnover, engagement, performance, and organizational health
  • Improve the employee experience based on data
  • Use AI tools for drafting, synthesizing people data, and preparing for difficult conversations
  • Partner with leaders to identify how AI can redesign team workflows and support adoption of new ways of working
  • Coach and mentor leaders and employees at every level
  • Build and manage complex cross-functional relationships
  • Navigate difficult, high-stakes conversations with confidence, care, and discretion
  • Balance business-unit needs with broader organizational and HR needs
  • Act as an employee champion and change agent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of progressive HR or people strategy experience, ideally in a business-partner or generalist capacity
  • Track record of using data to influence business decisions, not just report on them
  • Strong business acumen and comfort operating as a consultant to leadership
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating data and HR concepts into business language
  • Demonstrated coaching experience across levels, from individual contributors to executives
  • Sound judgment under ambiguity and confidence holding an independent perspective
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to redesign how work gets done
  • Preferred: forward-facing, strategic advisor, data-driven problem solver, influential storyteller, trusted coach, and independent voice
  • Must not require immigration sponsorship for this position
