About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, design, deliver, execute, and evaluate training and development programs
- Champion the Career Development framework and develop learning experiences aligned with organizational outcomes
- Partner with Talent Management, internal leaders, Group leadership, and subject matter experts to identify knowledge and development needs
- Deliver online and in-person staff training, workshops, and seminars
- Develop online learning content using 360Learning and instructional design best practices
- Create instructional materials including videos, job aids, and discussion guides
- Plan and execute the new staff orientation program
- Evaluate training programs using feedback and metrics and modify them as needed
- Develop processes and a central repository for organizational knowledge
- Design, manage, and execute the Summer Internship Program
- Identify opportunities to automate and create repeatable Learning and Development processes
- Apply AI tools responsibly in L&D and instructional design work
- Manage external contractors and training deliverables
- Participate in meetings, task forces, and organization-wide projects
- Perform other assignments as required or directed
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Learning, Communication, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- At least two years of instructional design experience utilizing adult-learning experiences in a corporate setting
- Experience working in a non-profit setting with an international audience is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge and experience of an LMS and online learning systems
- Experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and with multiple departments
