About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a QA Lead on challenging projects with high technical complexity for NTT DATA
- Provide technical leadership for software quality
- Define test automation strategies, architectures, and frameworks
- Work with a financial institution
- Mentor team members and promote QA best practices
- Define and monitor quality metrics and KPIs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement of QA processes
- Work within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Work in a hybrid arrangement, with on-site presence twice per week in the Avenida Faria Lima area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in Software Quality Assurance (QA)
- Strong knowledge of test automation and Software Engineering in Automation (SEA) practices
- Experience defining automation strategies, architectures, and frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright and/or Selenium
- Experience testing REST APIs and integrations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools)
- Knowledge of Git, Jira, and Xray
- Experience defining and monitoring quality metrics and KPIs
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement of QA processes
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
