About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define solution architectures aligned with business needs and the regulatory requirements of the financial sector
- Lead requirements-gathering and functional-design workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Design and implement solutions for Case Management, Workflows, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Integrate the ServiceNow platform with legacy banking systems and enterprise applications
- Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security best practices
- Support development teams throughout implementation, testing, and deployment
- Work in complex environments with multiple integrations and stringent regulatory requirements
- Lead architecture, solution design, implementation, and integration initiatives using the ServiceNow FSO platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module
- Experience in solution architecture, functional design, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow FSO
- Experience with API integrations
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency for daily interaction with international teams and clients
- Experience with AML, KYC, fraud prevention, payments, cards, and financial back-office operations is a plus
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Experience with global financial institutions or international projects is a plus
