About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership to the software development and technology modernization team
- Develop solutions using Generative AI, automation, and software development
- Create tools for analyzing, documenting, and modernizing legacy applications
- Develop integrations using Python, APIs, and LLMs
- Support reverse engineering initiatives and the generation of technical and functional documentation
- Build accelerators for generating tests, scripts, and development artifacts
- Collaborate with architects, COBOL specialists, and business teams
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables through software engineering best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience providing technical leadership to software development teams
- Strong experience with Python development and API creation and consumption
- Advanced knowledge and practical application of LLMs and Generative AI techniques
- Experience building accelerators and automations for the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of and experience with reverse engineering initiatives, code analysis, and technical/functional documentation generation
- Experience with technology modernization projects and legacy applications such as COBOL
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Clean Code, testing, code reviews, and architecture
- Ability to provide technical coordination and facilitate collaboration among teams, architects, and business teams on corporate/international projects
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban
- Advanced/fluent English for technical interaction with international stakeholders (a plus)
