About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Seerist platforms and showcase value to the client
  • Be available onsite for client support Monday through Friday
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s mission and provide support throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Serve as the first point of contact, anticipating needs and providing training and analytical support
  • Communicate updates and share relevant examples to ensure platform adoption
  • Capture and provide client feedback to development and production teams
  • Manage client portfolio success through platform use, API use, and ESRI feature services
  • Achieve account retention and growth
  • Perform proactive account management using CRM tools
  • Support a current military client in Fayetteville, North Carolina

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Possess a current TS clearance (SCI preferred but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of analytical functions in the defense, intelligence, or federal civilian sectors
  • Experience harnessing PAI software and/or account management experience
  • Experience working directly with high-touch customers
  • Ability to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets
  • Understand the client’s mission, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders from entry-level employees to C-suite executives
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Organized, detailed, and strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (desired qualification)
  • 5-7 years of DOD/IC intelligence experience (desired qualification)
  • Experience working with highly productive teams and presenting to high-level leadership (desired qualification)
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences (desired qualification)
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real time (desired qualification)
