Requirements

What you’ll need

Any Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field
Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience
Currently based in Hyderabad and willing to work on-site in Hyderabad
Experience in workplace operations, facilities management, soft services, employee transportation, and corporate real estate
Experience managing large offices, corporate campuses, or multi-site operations
Experience managing large-scale or shift-based employee transportation operations
Experience in vendor management, contract administration, budgeting, invoice validation, and cost optimization
Experience planning and executing employee recreational and engagement activities
Working knowledge of workplace health, safety, security, statutory compliance, and emergency management
Professional certifications in facilities management, real estate, project management, transportation, or health and safety would be an advantage
