About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor foreclosure actions to ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain caseload and update all systems accurately and timely
- Work tasks, processes, events, issues, re-projections, and holds within required deadlines
- Respond to phone calls, voice messages, intercoms, and emails within 24 hours
- Communicate daily with attorneys, trustees, investors, and Loan Resolution
- Manage vendor and attorney networks to ensure files comply with investor, insurer, regulatory, and state guidelines
- Complete special projects as needed
- Complete and monitor reports according to servicing requirements and guidelines
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize losses and mitigate risk
- Identify quality compliance issues and provide appropriate feedback to management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or higher in business related field from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
- 4 to 10 years related experience and/or training required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to use good judgment
- Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS/ICE
- Working knowledge/experience with BKFS, PACER, AACER, SCRA, and MSP
- Strong knowledge and understanding of insurer, investor, regulatory, and state regulations/guidelines
- Understanding of mortgage loan servicing and default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation processes
- Understanding and management of different legal processes to foreclose in various states
