About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map, analyze, and optimize Retail Channel processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Lead continuous improvement, automation, and operational workflow enhancement initiatives
- Serve as the liaison between Business, Technology, Process, and internal partner teams
- Gather requirements, track projects, and ensure the effective implementation of system improvements
- Monitor operational and commercial performance indicators, proposing actions to increase efficiency and performance
- Support the development of Retail Channel commercial processes by optimizing processes, systems, and projects
- Analyze, structure, and improve sales processes, tracking projects, performance indicators, and system-related requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with commercial processes, sales operations, continuous improvement, projects, or business analysis
- Experience mapping, analyzing, and improving processes
- Proficiency in Excel for analyzing and tracking information
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Experience collaborating across business and technology teams
- Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools (preferred, but not required)
- Experience with Protheus ERP (preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of Jira or demand and project management tools (preferred, but not required)
- Experience with process design methodologies (AS IS / TO BE) (preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and process automation (preferred, but not required)
