About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team focused on Planning, Analytics, Data Architecture, and Finance
  • Work directly with the Operations leadership team
  • Ensure excellence in the management of KPIs, automation initiatives, projects, and budgets
  • Develop analyses, predictive models, and clustering solutions
  • Develop team members and promote a data-driven culture
  • Create and enhance process automation to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure the accuracy and continuous improvement of cancellation and call center KPIs
  • Lead and develop the Planning, Analytics, Data Architecture, and Finance data team
  • Provide coaching, delegation, and ongoing feedback
  • Manage agile projects, including prioritization, scope definition, and delivery tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI for dashboard development and analysis
  • Experience with Python, Spark, data architecture, and the medallion architecture
  • More than 5 years of experience in call center operations
  • Knowledge of Data Science and its application to business
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial control, and P&L processes
  • Cross-functional influence to coordinate requirements and solutions with Product, Marketing, IT, and Finance
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading teams, including coaching, delegation, and ongoing feedback
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting reports and identifying opportunities and risks
  • Clear communication skills to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations for senior management
  • Experience managing agile projects, including prioritization, scope definition, and delivery tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Project Management is a plus
  • Experience in technology companies, fintech, or e-commerce—ideally with governance of digitized customer journeys—is a plus
