About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop communication activities and projects aligned with the company’s strategy, key messages, positioning, cultural pillars, and target audiences.
- Lead the content strategy for Viva Engage and the Intranet, producing copy, announcements, articles, features, podcasts, videos, and other media.
- Plan editorial topics, track requests, liaise with internal clients, and write and edit content for internal communication channels.
- Manage channels, campaigns, projects, and internal marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the performance and engagement of internal communication channels.
- Manage the internal workflow of requests, prepare briefs, and coordinate approvals with external agencies and vendors.
- Organize and produce internal campaigns and events, webinars, and talks, ensuring a positive impact on employees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, or Internal Marketing.
- Experience producing content and managing internal channels.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or corporate intranet platforms.
- Experience with editorial planning and communication calendars.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence projects applied to communications.
- Experience preparing briefs for agencies and vendors.
- Knowledge of image editing and digital content production.
- Knowledge of and experience with Viva Engage.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience in technology or SaaS companies, or organizations with a high level of digital maturity (preferred, but not required).
- Intermediate English (preferred, but not required).
- Video editing skills (preferred, but not required).
- Experience participating in medium- and large-scale corporate events (preferred, but not required).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (preferred, but not required).
