About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document corporate systems requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and configure low-code applications on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation of forms, workflows, integrations, and portals.
- Create dashboards, performance indicators, and reports to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Support the execution of corporate systems projects, from planning through go-live.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting functional testing and validations with the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, governance, and security teams to ensure solution compliance.
- Document developed solutions and support end-user training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Experience with functional and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Experience developing or configuring corporate applications.
- Experience analyzing and documenting requirements.
- Experience working on corporate systems projects.
- Experience creating dashboards, performance indicators, and reports.
- Knowledge of systems testing and user acceptance processes.
- Participation in digital transformation initiatives (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of ITIL (preferred, but not required).
