About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure sales targets and other objectives established by the organization are met by motivating the team and raising awareness of the company’s goals.
Train, monitor, and supervise new employees, explaining how the product works and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Manage personnel, providing guidance on company procedures and processes.
Monitor each point of sale, tracking sales and providing support when questions arise to ensure targets are met.
Compile monthly sales figures for commission payments, tracking sales and reporting them to the coordinator.
Monitor individual daily results to support strategic decisions and sales-team scheduling, using controls and reports defined by the department.
Drive sales growth through action plans, such as incentive campaigns, script development, and visual communications.
Control absenteeism through periodic visits.
Ensure the team is properly uniformed by providing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure the timely hiring of a qualified sales team through recruitment and selection in partnership with outsourced companies and coordination with the Human Resources department.
Assign sales targets and tasks, establishing priorities.
Ensure the satisfaction of internal employees and customers.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, such as dealerships, shopping malls, and authorized agents.
Maintain adequate supplies of tags and materials by monitoring inventory daily and replenishing weekly requests from points of sale.
Take care of company equipment under your responsibility, such as the car, mobile phone, laptop, and other items.
Identify process improvements.
Lead Sem Parar’s regional sales team to achieve targets, reduce cancellations, and grow the customer base and revenue.
Identify and operationalize new points of sale and channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
Experience in commercial or sales management;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Willingness to travel;
Valid Category B driver’s license;
Availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
