About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyze performance indicators for inbound customer service operations
- Develop analyses to identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Automate analyses and processes using SQL and Python
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track results
- Prepare executive studies and presentations to support leadership decision-making
- Generate analytical intelligence for inbound customer service operations
- Support decision-making through analyses, studies, and KPI monitoring
- Track operational performance by developing diagnostics and strategic analyses
- Develop analytical solutions to support the improvement of operational results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis
- Advanced SQL skills for manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data
- Advanced Python skills for data processing and analysis
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
- Experience building and analyzing operational KPIs and generating business insights
- Experience in a call center or customer service operations is desirable but not required
- Knowledge of inbound customer service metrics is desirable but not required
- Knowledge of statistical models and Machine Learning is desirable but not required
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or Data Lake/Lakehouse environments is desirable but not required
- Experience with forecasting, segmentation, and predictive analytics techniques is desirable but not required
