About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and control treasury operations
- Manage and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow
- Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Perform and monitor bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and the ERP system
- Control and monitor bank balances, financial investments, and cash movements
- Execute financial investment and redemption transactions, monitoring investment returns and liquidity
- Ensure the accurate settlement of payments and receipts in compliance with internal procedures
- Analyze and monitor financial integrations between banks, systems, and payment platforms
- Participate in projects related to API-based financial settlements, including PIX, bank slips, transfers, and other electronic payment methods
- Develop controls, KPIs, and management reports to support decision-making
- Propose and implement improvements, automation, and optimization of treasury processes
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring the traceability of financial information
- Use data analysis and Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Corporate Treasury
- Solid experience in bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and investments
- Experience managing banking relationships and financial transactions
- Experience in startups, fintechs, or technology companies operating in a dynamic, high-volume transactional environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced Excel (required)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Protheus)
- Power BI (preferred)
