About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build the operational backbone of the product organisation
  • Own systems and cadences aligning Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-market
  • Build AI-powered workflows and automations
  • Establish operating cadences, processes, and tools for faster, better-informed decisions
  • Ensure OKRs are tracked and measure impact and outcomes
  • Build and maintain frameworks for capturing, organising, and centralising user feedback, including early access and beta releases
  • Partner with Data Analytics to build product and customer health dashboards
  • Synthesise feedback, usage data, and support trends into opportunities for roadmap prioritisation
  • Own release operations while meeting compliance, security, and regulatory standards
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to simplify, standardise, or automate product development processes
  • Build checklists, playbooks, and self-serve resources from ideation through post-launch
  • Design, pilot, and roll out AI-powered workflows and automations
  • Report to the Head of Product and work closely with R&D and Applied AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building, scaling, or meaningfully shaping a Product Operations framework
  • Track record of designing and scaling operational systems, launch processes, planning cadences, or feedback frameworks in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • 4–7 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, or strategy/consulting
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, or extensively using AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows in a professional setting
  • Strong data literacy; comfortable translating data into dashboards and decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders
  • Experience in the HealthTech or healthcare industry (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare in the UK and/or France (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in the French language (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
