About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional support and advice to customers and Territory Managers.
  • Help customers apply Semios' technology to solve agricultural challenges.
  • Build mutually beneficial customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field services stakeholders.
  • Create customer accounts, quotes, and sales orders.
  • Obtain approvals for customer discounts and rates.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and execute customer contract renewals remotely and in person.
  • Maintain CRM and other internal systems for the assigned territory.
  • Log customer communications accurately in the CRM.
  • Coordinate preparation activities with local Territory Managers.
  • Create and execute service tickets for assigned customers.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person customer onboardings.
  • Provide first-line support via phone, email, and in-app chat.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events.
  • Support Territory Managers with customer requests and service information.
  • Document and relay product feedback and customer suggestions.
  • Conduct regular outreach to drive engagement with Semios' tools.
  • Educate customers on Semios' products and tools.
  • Support company initiatives and sales growth strategies.
  • Ensure sales data is complete and accurate with Sales Operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Grower Relations, and Channel teams.
  • Create and update customer resource materials.
  • Champion customer onboarding, adoption, and product-use best practices.
  • Suggest and implement customer-journey process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, and technical support.
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Familiarity working with software applications and data.
  • A magnetic personality and a skill for winning customer time and trust.
  • Superb listening and presentation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus efficiently on multiple customers and products.
  • Orientation towards taking initiative and continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute when necessary.
  • Degree or diploma in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Direct experience working in Agriculture is nice to have.
  • Fluency in Spanish is nice to have.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Semios Group participates in E-Verify.
