  • Combine Scrum Master duties with delivery coordination and backlog administration.
  • Ensure operational accountability and clear execution progress.
  • Support Product Managers in backlog readiness while leaving product strategy, prioritization, and feature requirements with Product Management.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align planned work with team capacity and surface conflicts, overcommitments, and resource constraints.
  • Coordinate release readiness, ensuring owners, dependencies, communications, and launch activities are aligned and tracked.
  • Improve delivery predictability through standardized practices, metrics, retrospectives, delivery data, and process improvements.
  • The role does not manage people, define product strategy, make technical decisions, or commit to delivery dates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and key delivery ceremonies across product teams.
  • Maintain a healthy, consistent, and effective agile delivery process.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads on backlog refinement, including context, scope, acceptance criteria, estimates, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Coordinate planning and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate dependencies, sequencing, and delivery across multiple product teams and portfolio initiatives.
  • Ensure prioritized work is defined, organized, and delivery-ready.
  • Maintain backlog cleanliness and structure in Jira.
  • Maintain administrative accuracy of product roadmaps and update status, timing, ownership, dependencies, and Jira links.
  • Support transition to Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Product Discovery, or other selected solutions, including assessment, workflow design, data migration, configuration, documentation, and administration.
  • Define structures for objectives, initiatives, epics, dependencies, capacity, and delivery status in roadmap tools.
  • Maintain delivery forecasts and communicate changes to scope, timing, dependencies, or delivery confidence.
  • Coordinate release readiness across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales Marketing, GTM, and other teams.
  • Provide delivery-status reporting to Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Track action items, decisions, owners, and due dates.
  • Establish delivery terminology, metrics, and practices.
  • Use retrospectives, delivery data, and feedback to lead process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar coordination role in a software product organization.
  • Experience supporting multiple cross-functional teams and distributed or global work environments.
  • Experience improving backlog quality and delivery predictability.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, migrating to, or administering Jira-based product planning and roadmap tools.
  • Experience coordinating software releases and cross-functional release or launch readiness.
  • Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
