Bridge Product and Engineering by converting established priorities into organized, delivery-ready plans.
Maintain clear visibility from planning through release.
Combine Scrum Master duties with delivery coordination and backlog administration.
Ensure operational accountability and clear execution progress.
Support product teams through agile ceremonies, backlog readiness, dependency coordination, forecasting, release readiness, reporting, and process improvement.
This individual contributor role does not manage people, define product strategy, make technical decisions, or commit to delivery dates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and key delivery ceremonies across product teams.
Help teams maintain a healthy, consistent, and effective agile delivery process.
Facilitate backlog refinement with Product Managers and Engineering Leads, ensuring context, scope, acceptance criteria, estimates, dependencies, and sequencing.
Identify delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
Coordinate planning and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate dependencies, sequencing, and delivery across multiple product teams and portfolio initiatives.
Ensure prioritized work is defined, organized, and delivery-ready.
Maintain backlog cleanliness and structure in Jira.
Maintain product roadmap administrative accuracy.
Support transition to Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Product Discovery, or other selected solutions.
Define structure and reporting for objectives, initiatives, epics, dependencies, capacity, and delivery status in roadmap tools.
Maintain delivery forecasts and communicate material changes.
Coordinate release readiness across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales Marketing, GTM, and other affected teams.
Provide delivery-status reporting.
Track action items, decisions, owners, and due dates.
Establish standardized delivery terminology, metrics, and practices.
Use retrospectives, delivery data, and team feedback to lead process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience (nice to have).
5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar coordination role (nice to have).
Experience supporting multiple cross-functional teams and distributed or global work environments.
Experience improving backlog quality and delivery predictability.
Experience implementing, configuring, migrating to, or administering Jira-based product planning and roadmap tools.
Experience coordinating software releases and cross-functional launch readiness.
Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
