About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Define project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop comprehensive project plans and manage implementation processes, including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Track project performance and analyze completion of short- and long-term goals
Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Communicate and present project schedules and statuses
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Serve as primary project owner and key customer/internal stakeholder contact
Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, and external partners
Conduct project reviews and status meetings, providing visibility into progress, risks, mitigation plans, and critical decisions
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions
Drive change management activities and control project scope, requirements, and deliverables
Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and financial metrics
Represent the Voice of the Customer by coordinating customer requirements, priorities, and business needs
Maintain project documentation, schedules, forecasts, and reporting in company systems while complying with Sensata processes and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
