About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
- Track project performance and analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Communicate and present project schedules, statuses, and updates to team members while bringing solutions and opportunities
- Track and update changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Assist with risk management to minimize project risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
