  • Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy within defined scope and in alignment with the Sensibly Sprouted Approach
  • Develop increasingly independent capability in nutrition assessment and care planning
  • Build clinical reasoning and patient-management judgment across a growing range of patient presentations
  • Develop counseling effectiveness, patient engagement, and behavior-change capability
  • Apply clinical frameworks, protocols, and workflows consistently

  • Maintain patient engagement, continuity of care, and appropriate follow-through
  • Identify and address barriers to patient progress or disengagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
  • Applicable state licensure or eligibility for required licensure
  • Foundational clinical knowledge and readiness to develop outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy capability
  • Strong learning ability and responsiveness to coaching and feedback
  • Developing clinical reasoning and patient-assessment capability
  • Interest and ability to build longitudinal patient-management skills
  • Developing counseling and patient-engagement capability
  • Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and follow-through
  • Ability to learn and consistently apply clinical and operational standards
  • Strong organization and communication
