Registered Dietitian Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding while building the Dietetics team
- Coach and develop dietitians through regular one-on-ones, clear expectations, feedback, and performance management
- Own team revenue, profitability, retention, and productive capacity
- Use financial and performance data to guide decisions
- Manage staffing, workflows, and priorities
- Maintain clinical, documentation, scheduling, and productivity standards
- Partner with Clinical Excellence on training needs
- Develop future leaders and make decisions independently within assigned authority
- Provide patient care when needed, with no fixed caseload
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- Applicable state licensure, or eligibility to obtain required licensure
- Prior experience as a manager with direct reports, including hiring, coaching, staffing, and performance management
- Experience using operational and financial data to manage team capacity, revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Clear communication, sound judgment, dependable follow-through, and ability to make decisions independently
- Residence in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah, or willingness to relocate to one of these states
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
