About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Train customers on the devices under your responsibility
  • Implement and manage customer-specific account strategies to drive utilization
  • Document and manage all relevant customer activities
  • Develop product expertise and stay up to date with developments in the field of non-invasive medical devices, then share this knowledge with the wider team
  • Host customer site visits at reference sites
  • Provide first-line support and resolve product-related issues at customer sites by identifying product-use challenges
  • Communicate customer feedback to the relevant company functions
  • Document complaints in accordance with quality management system procedures
  • Represent Sentec at trade shows and exhibitions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree related to healthcare delivery or clinical care
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience
  • Previous clinical experience in transcutaneous monitoring, ventilation management, or relevant care settings such as intensive care, neonatology, operating room/anesthesia, respiratory care, or home ventilation is preferred
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary hospital teams, including nurses, physicians, biomedical teams, and healthcare managers
  • Experience delivering presentations and training to clinical audiences
  • Professional fluency in French
  • Willingness to travel regionally for at least 75% of the time
