About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with US leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and people decisions
  • Lead and develop the US HR team
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation in alignment with global standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Rhode Island, Idaho, and other applicable states
  • Oversee benefits administration and the PEO relationship with Justworks, including annual renewals
  • Provide accurate HR input to payroll
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding through Workable
  • Manage US HR processes, including performance management, compensation reviews, and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience, including at least 3 years leading HR for a multi-site organization
  • Experience working within an international or matrixed company environment
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law, including multi-state HR experience
  • Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters in partnership with managers and site leaders
  • Experience partnering with US site leaders and supporting organizational change management
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to work 4 days per week on-site (Lincoln, RI)
  • Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
