About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own interview coordination and recruiting logistics, including scheduling, candidate communication, and process details
Source and engage prospective candidates using research, creative sourcing techniques, and AI-powered tools
Experiment with AI tools and build lightweight solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline recruiting workflows
Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate information and organized recruiting processes
Identify operational inefficiencies, test new approaches, and implement process improvements
Contribute to talent research, reporting, candidate-experience improvements, process documentation, and new tools or workflows
Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience through clear communication and follow-through
Take ownership of new tasks and support the team beyond day-to-day responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in any field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Demonstrated interest in AI and a builder mindset, with experience experimenting with AI tools, automations, or projects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through
Resourceful and comfortable learning new tools, troubleshooting workflows, and handling unfamiliar projects independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Genuine interest in recruiting and talent sourcing
Previous experience in recruiting, coordination, operations, or a related field through internships, projects, or full-time work (preferred)
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX if not currently living in or near Austin
