Key responsibilities & impact

Drive project management across SentinelOne's MSSP business, including product transition strategies, strategic programs, and special projects.
Track and monitor deliverables for the MSSP product transition strategy, defining milestones and maintaining timelines.
Provide project management across MSSP revenue operations initiatives, including quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, and partner lifecycle enhancements.
Support ad hoc MSSP special projects and unify capabilities and offerings across internal teams.
Lead selected large and strategic MSSP programs, ensuring timely, quality delivery.
Build and maintain the MSSP project management operating system, including project plans, dependency maps, and status reporting.
Evaluate and suggest processes to anticipate, identify, and mitigate issues; coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
Foster collaboration across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT, and other teams.
Review and redefine KPIs to measure project success and impact.
Develop and deliver dashboards and analytics tracking project status, metrics, and milestones.
Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to prepare the organization for scale.

What you’ll need

5 or more years of progressive experience working in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology industry.
Project management experience within partner operations, sales operations, or partner experience functions.
3 or more years of experience creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL, data aggregation, and AI tooling such as Claude.
Experience with project management tooling, such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.
Technical aptitude paired with a strong understanding of the business side.
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, driving requirements and projects with global, diverse teams.
Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels, with expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success.
Familiarity with risk management processes and strategies.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, using data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
Prior technical program management experience in SaaS or a technical domain is preferred.
