About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and champion the strategy and vision for Purple AI and new AI features driving SentinelOne's growth
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
Synthesize product metrics, user research, and market analysis to shape the roadmap and build customer-centric solutions
Make decisions amid incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information, manage risk, and align cross-functional teams
Refine online and offline evaluation metrics tracking customer-perceived quality and value
Drive data-sourcing strategy to improve model and pipeline performance
Partner with marketing, sales, and documentation to craft product narratives that drive adoption
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, pricing strategy, and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in enterprise product management; cybersecurity product experience preferred
6+ years building AI/ML products
4+ years launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong technical grasp of AI/ML technologies, including generative and agentic AI, natural language processing (NLP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Exceptional skill navigating ambiguity, framing trade-offs, and making decisions that balance technical complexity, user experience, and business value
Ownership mentality: proven accountability, persistence, and a results-driven mindset
Clear, efficient, and persuasive written and verbal communication across audiences from engineers to executives
Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate the full PM workflow
Up to 15% travel to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide
Must be eligible to work in the United States; SentinelOne participates in the E-Verify Program for all U.S. based roles
