About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive program execution across high-priority workstreams within Customer Outcomes
  • Own the operational rhythm for threat intelligence partnerships, AI model program management, and strategic projects
  • Manage SentinelOne's threat intelligence partnership portfolio and coordinate internal intelligence-sharing programs
  • Drive partnership lifecycle management from evaluation and onboarding through governance, renewals, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate AI model access arrangements, vendor programs, usage tracking, and model deployment alignment
  • Translate model capabilities and access terms into project plans with milestones and success criteria
  • Track program status, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of AI-related initiatives
  • Lead high-visibility ThreatOps engagements, industry evaluations, threat reports, and special projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders and provide status updates to leadership
  • Build program cadences including status reviews, decision logs, dependency tracking, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications
  • Identify operational friction and implement process, tooling, or organizational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A blend of technical program management rigor and cybersecurity domain knowledge
  • 7 or more years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery within a technology or cybersecurity company
  • Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including contract governance, SLAs, data-sharing agreements, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, vendor model access programs, or related technical program management in an AI-adjacent domain
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project deliverables and success criteria for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Proactive, accountable approach to problem-solving and ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, threat intelligence platforms) or security operations is highly desirable
  • Experience with threat intelligence programs, MITRE ATT&CK framework, or threat reporting is a significant plus
